Cancellation policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a missed-visit fee. This applies to all services including chiropractic, massage therapy, and acupuncture. Please call the clinic as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

Payment methods

The clinic accepts cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. Receipts are provided for insurance submission. We do not direct-bill insurance providers, but most extended health plans allow you to submit receipts for reimbursement through your provider's online portal or app.
