Common concerns

Start with what you are noticing.

These pages explain how the clinic approaches common concerns. They are educational, not a diagnosis. Care always begins with an assessment.

How we approach common concerns

Pain or stiffness can have many causes, and the right approach depends on an accurate assessment. That is why every care plan at Merivale Clinic begins with a thorough evaluation of your posture, range of motion and history. The goal is to identify what is contributing to your discomfort before recommending a treatment path.

Our team includes chiropractors, registered massage therapists and an acupuncturist. When a concern responds well to more than one discipline, such as combined manual therapy and soft-tissue work, practitioners coordinate within the clinic so you do not have to manage separate referrals.

When to seek care

Many people wait until pain becomes persistent before booking. Earlier assessment can often shorten recovery and reduce the total number of visits needed. If you are unsure whether your concern is something we can help with, call the clinic or send a message and we will let you know.
