Upper Limb exercises.

Shoulder, arm, and wrist exercises to relieve tension, improve range of motion, and support upper body function.

Overview

The shoulders, elbows, and wrists work together in nearly every upper body movement. Repetitive tasks like typing, carrying bags, or overhead reaching can lead to tightness, strain, and conditions like tennis elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome. These exercises target the rotator cuff, biceps, forearm muscles, and wrist extensors to maintain healthy mobility and reduce the risk of overuse injuries. They are especially useful for office workers, athletes, and anyone recovering from an upper limb concern.

Common questions about upper limb exercises

Can these exercises help tennis elbow?
Tyler Twist and reverse Tyler Twist are commonly used for tendon loading around the elbow. Your practitioner should confirm the diagnosis and dosing before you ramp volume.
How do I know if wrist pain is from overuse?
Symptoms that build with typing, gripping, or tool use and ease with rest often point to overuse. Numbness, night symptoms, or sudden trauma need a clinical check.
Should shoulder exercises use a band?
Bands are useful for controlled resistance, but light load and clean form matter more than the tool. Start with the resistance that lets you finish reps without hiking the shoulder.
